For parents of children one to three years who love birds and nature’s beauty!
Early Birds™ introduces the second title of the first Cornell Lab of Ornithology board book series. Count and learn about birds, from one Baltimore Oriole in a tree to ten Canada Geese crossing the street. This unique numbers book is perfect for parents and toddlers to share.
It’s never too early to expose your children to the many wonders of nature. Our new board book series, EARLY BIRDS™, begins with MY COLORS and MY NUMBERS, two core concepts. MY COLORS pairs each of ten colors with a beautiful bird and a second element found in nature for reinforcement. MY NUMBERS does the same, but with additional birds doing the things they do in their natural habitats.
Special features that differentiate EARLY BIRDS from other board book series include:
- Repetitive triplets and word tools on each spread to describe what each bird does or sounds like, enhancing learning.
- Back matter with streaming HD bird sounds gives parents and children a real multimedia experience using BIRD QR, our free downloadable app.
- Special page tabs for little hands.
